Spiritual Theme of the Week
Self-love is the ability to accept, value, and take care of ourselves in a healthy and respectful way. It involves recognizing our dignity, accepting our strengths and weaknesses, and making decisions that promote our physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Practicing self-love doesn't mean being selfish; rather, it means establishing a balanced relationship with oneself, based on respect and self-compassion, which allows us to live more fully and have healthier relationships with others.
